Due to the nature of our products (luxury sanitary ware), returned items must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
All original packaging must be intact and undamaged
The item must not show any signs of use, installation, or wear
Custom-made or special-order products are non-returnable

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or made-to-order products
Installed or used sanitary products (for hygiene reasons)
Products with damaged or missing packaging
Clearance or final sale items

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be made to the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
